About David Hall

My wife and I have owned our properties in Placencia, Belize since 2013, when we came down on a trip to invest for a future retirement home. Since then, we have purchased two parcels of land, completed the building of a home on each of these properties and used the services of two incredible Belizean Builders to accomplish our dream. This experience in itself has provided me with invaluable experience to help others looking to do what we accomplished. The best thing is that a move to Belize gave us the ability to get out of the Rat Race in North America, retire early (wife) and provide myself with an opportunity to continue what I love doing, right here in Belize. Growing up in a Real Estate Family in Canada gave me the passion for this industry. My experience as a Mortgage Broker, provided me with detailed knowledge of Real Estate transactions from beginning to end. My tenure as a Chartered Professional Accountant gave me the financial expertise to guide my clients in areas of taxation, financial planning and reporting requirements. My focus is always to provide all of my clientel with the highest level of customer service, while providing proper support and direction throughout this important financial transaction.

My goal is to give the right guidance to my clients in order to help them make the decision that is right for them. There are so many great places to live in Placencia and each one is just a little bit different. I want to help all of my clients find the right piece of paradise for them.
