Richard was born right here in Placencia Village at a time when it was a sleepy fishermans village with a few hundred residents. He left to NY at a young age to further his education and graduated with a degree in finance and marketing in 2005. He has extensive experience in sales/ customer service and has been selling real estate for the past 10 years. He has been a top performer in interscholastic sports and academia and continues to do so at the workplace. He is competitive, knowledgeable, dedicated and performs with integrity.
