1.2 Acre Island off Hopkins Stann Creek

Remax VIP is excited to offer for sale this 1.2 Acre Island off Hopkins in the Blue Ground Range. This Caye is just 10 kilometers (6 miles) from the Sittee River Point and is 7 kilometers (4 miles) to the barrier reef. The island is in a very central location and is a short ride to Thatch Caye, Cocoplum and Tobacco Caye, to the North, and is a short boat ride to South Water Caye. The Caye’s east of Placencia such as King Lewey’s, Moho Caye, Ray Caye, and the Silk Cayes is a 10–20-minute boat ride. The Caye does need a little fill, but there is a concrete walkway that goes from the dock to a concrete house foundation.

The south side of this crescent-shaped island has a calm bay that is ideal for boat moorage which is sheltered from all angles. Blue ground range has many flats and is good for fly fishing. The survey of this Caye is 1.2 acre, but because of its shape it could be filled to double the size.
