Life in Riversdale
Riversdale is a quaint fishing village located at the northernmost end of the Placencia Peninsula. Inhabited by a mix of expats and locals the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, broken only by the sea breeze, swaying palm trees, and the occasional flock of parrots passing overhead.
Riversdale boasts one small hotel, whose restaurant and bar are well known for their hospitality and great food. Seawolves restaurant is the only other eating establishment in the village and is run by the famous Dorkus, who brings her seafood directly from the beachside to her kitchen where the magic happens!
The village sits directly on the Caribbean Sea, only a short boat ride from fantastic fishing, snorkeling and diving.
To the south of Riversdale, we journey down the peninsula first to Maya Beach.
