Phil brings over 30 years of real estate experience to the team at Remax VIP.  He and his wife Angela have owned their home on the peninsula since 2010 and moved here full time in 2017.  Prior to moving here, Phil owned his own real estate brokerage in Southern California and has experience in both residential and commercial properties.  He understands that buying real estate in a foreign country can seem like a daunting challenge but knows how to guide his clients safely through the process.  Feel free to contact him with any questions.
